The Speak Easy Party Package

This intimate, standalone rental leverages the building’s historic brick architecture for smaller, punchier crowds. It is the perfect moody backdrop for upscale rehearsal dinners, corporate happy hours, private birthday milestones, or local organization mixers.

Because this package is designed for independent parties rather than all-day wedding production, it includes a flexible 5-hour evening event block of your choice. Existing lounge furniture, bar seating, and perimeter high-top tables are completely included.

Weekend rentals from Friday through Sunday are available for $2,500. Weekday rentals from Monday through Thursday are available for $1,500.

The 1903 Room Wedding Exclusive

Designed for grand standalone wedding celebrations where the ceremony and reception take place elsewhere, or for couples who do not require the separate bar lounge. This option ensures the historic storefront glass and brickwork serve as the grand, singular backdrop for your big day.

The package includes exclusive access to The 1903 Room from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Full table and chair inventory setups are completely included in the flat rate.

Weekend wedding rentals from Friday through Sunday are available for $4,500.

The Signature 1903 Room Flip

This premium package is engineered specifically for seamless weddings. Your guests experience a grand ceremony in the main hall, exit to the private lounge for a cocktail hour, and return to find the main space completely transformed for your reception.

The package includes exclusive use of both The 1903 Room and The Speak Easy from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Venue tables and chairs are fully included and set up to your specifications by our staff.

On Saturdays, the investment is $7,000. For Friday or Sunday weddings, the investment is $6,000.
